Fabric roofs for Mercedes Unimog convertible truck cabs. For the production of roofs and door extensions, we use the following materials:

  • canvas fabric such as the original with an anti-rotting and waterproof coating. The manufacturer of this fabric does not guarantee its resistance to UV rays. That is why we suggest our customers to take proper care by placing them in shaded places, under a roof, or covering the cab with a tarpaulin or sheet during a stop. We offer our products in 2 color versions: khaki and black.
  • PVC material - more resistant to abrasion, resistant to UV rays, but  not breathable. We offer our products in 2 color versions: khaki and black.

Mercedes Unimog 404 was produced in the years 1955 - 1980.

UNIMOG 404 CABRIO

I offer new windows / door extensions for Unimog 404.The offer applies to the new outer fabric (tarpaulin, PVC or convertible fabric), plexiglass and inner PVC material. The complete set consists of:
- three metal elements (sandblasted and painted, marked in the picture with numbers 1 and 2).
- M4 screws prepared for screwing the other parts to the frames. 

We renovate windows and door extensions for Unimog 404. The outer fabric is a khaki and black tarpaulin but it is also possible to make them from fabric such as for convertible cars or PVC material.
We also offer ready-made windows in two versions:

- our available metal parts, marked in the picture with numbers 1 and 2. These windows are not complete (most of the metal parts are missing), this offer is addressed mainly to customers who have complete windows. 

- complete windows - the whole set is suitable for immediate installation on the car. We paint metal parts in colors: matt black (standard option), RAL 7013 and RAL 6003. there is also a possibility of painting elements in the color indicated by you, please contact us for this purpose. If you want to choose another color, please contact us.

The set includes a new outer fabric, plexiglass and inner PVC material. At your request, we can also sandblast and paint your entrusted metal parts. In addition to the original version, in our studio we developed a modified version of the roof, which we called "HMDS". Thanks to the technological modification, we can offer a roof that does not differ from the original in terms of functionality but at a more attractive price. The roof is in one piece, the back part is opened due to sewn zippers.

The roof was made on the basis of the original design, it consists of two parts:

- top and sides in one piece
- back separately

Dzięki Panu Romanowi nasza firma rozszerzyła swoją ofertę o dachy i okienka z tkaniny, Pan Roman zlecił nam wykonanie kopi dostarczonego, zniszczonego dachu z tkaniny.

Dachy te zakładane są na kabinę  samochodów ciężarowych Mercedes Unimog kabrio.

Trochę historii: Unimog (skrót od „Universal-Motor-Gerät”, z niem. „Pojazd Uniwersalny”) – marka nośników narzędzi specjalistycznych oraz pojazdów transportowo-roboczych dla bardzo trudnych warunków terenowych, czyli średnich samochodów ciężarowych z napędem na wszystkie koła, zdolnych do poruszania się w terenie, wykorzystywanych przez specjalistyczne służby i w wojsku.

Samochód wykorzystywany jest dla różnych celów: służy w rolnictwie, leśnictwie, służbach komunalnych (m.in. przy odśnieżaniu), systemach transportu szynowego (min. do napraw sieci trakcyjnej, holowania/spychania pojazdów szynowych, odśnieżania torowisk), straży pożarnej, w wojsku (m.in. jako karetka wojskowa) itd., a także w ciężkich pracach transportowych w trudnym terenie.
